Wayside Carpet Care provides carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, stair cleaning, pet urine decontamination, and vinyl flooring sales and installation across Sudbury, Wellesley, and the surrounding MetroWest, Massachusetts area. We describe our services as accurately as possible, but results can vary based on the age, material, and condition of your carpets, flooring, and furnishings.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are free and based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual job differs from what was described (for example, additional rooms, heavier soiling, or stairs). We will always confirm any changes with you before starting the work.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment so we can offer the time to another customer. Kindly clear and prepare the areas to be serviced before we arrive.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods provided at the time of booking.
Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with any part of our work, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can make it right.
